Well I went to the AK building party this weekend that Tailgunner from Gunco.net hosted.
Talk about a nice garge machine shop, imagine a bunch Of guys building AKs in a stock car building garage in NC
I had spent all my $$ on the RPK I just built, so I decided to learn how to build a flat.
I know I only built 2, but there was 30 people and only on jig, I met and helped people build their AKs.
I took my father he was bored after 4-5 hours, but I gave hime one of my AK to cheer him up.
Then when I got home he gave me a drill press and a Air Compresssor(early B-day present).
hopefully next payday I will have a kit to build on the finished receiver, and the 2nd one should be done as soon as I find someone with a spot welder.
