+1 on jlb428's jig; rough and not pretty, but does the job very nicely.  Couldn't be happier.

Here are some pix of flats that I've bent using jlb428's jig.  The 5 receivers on the right are 100% receivers and were not created using the jig.

I have the new style with the trigger jig built in, it does a wonderful job with the rivets. His post is on the first page of the Equipment Exchange / AK mags and parts section.
