Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - difference between 1&2 hook triggers?

Other than the # of hooks.  I have several AMD kits and 1 has a trigger with a single hook and a bushing that goes through trigger and disconnector to hold them together.  All others have double hook triggers.

Which one is better?

I like both of them equally however a lot of people prefer doubles. Basically singles will work with any receiver as is doubles may or may not work with out modifying the receiver. Doubles where originally designed so there would be a back up hook if one where to break.
