I am working on assembling my underfolder.  I have all the holes drilled in the front of the receiver and have put in the two front rivets with my bolt cutter riveter.  However, in putting in the second rivet, I accidently nicked the inside of the trunion.  It is just a small nick perhaps ths size of a pencil lead.  I assume this will be ok.  I probably just need to slightly dremel it down so the barrel does not catch on it when I install.  What are your thoughts?

Nicked the trunion, eh? I wouldnt necessarily go as far as using a dremel tool. It wouldnt hurt it...i'd just take a little piece of high grit sandpaper and smooth out the burr.. (if there even IS a burr) Dremel seems overkill to me.
