i bought rivet set fir Yugo and Romy. The long ones in the kit do not fit into trunnions front or back. Do i need to drill the hole bigger??  or do i need to get smaller rivets?? or should i pound them in?? i purcheased them from ar15 member thought they would be correct size.

Whatever you do, don't try to pound them in, they will bend.

I bought the same rivet sets. Not only did I have to enlarge the holes, but I needed to grind down the heads do get them closer in size to the rest of the rivets.

It took a little more effort, but they did work fine in the end.

The correct size are metric, trigger gaurd, barrel trunion(except Krinks, which are 2-4mm and 4-4.5mm) and short rivets in rear trunion are 4 mm. The long rear trunion and long barrel trunion(if equiped) are 4.5 mm. You probalby have 3/16" dia. long rivets. The 4.5 mm aren't readily available here. Some of the major AK parts suppliers have them, but expect to pay $1.00 and up a piece. I looked into getting some made a while back, but I had to have 10,000 made at once.
