| Does anyone know where I can get one of these that will fit a 7.62 barrel? K-Var has one for AK-74s but I'm not sure if this will work with the 7.62 barrel... I basically want to swap out the gas block, front sight block, and slant brake on a Romanian G kit with the Bulgarian 90 degree gas block, AK-74 style FSB with bayonet lug, and get one of those flash hiders that are on the SAM7A1. |

The Romanian barrels are a larger diameter under the gas block and FSB. You can ream the GB and FSB from a 74 to fit. If memory serves, I don't think the gas ports line up when switching from a 45 degree to a 90 degree gas block. I could be wrong, anybody else know? Mike |
