Doing OK at best to be honest...

I have a new thread here for those that may not know the story:

ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=123&t=400618

My Sister-In-Law got out of the Hospital early this week (She spent 4-weeks in the hospital) and I talked with my brother last night...  it's tough as my SIL still can't really stand on her own and she can get around the house a little with a walker.  It is going to be a long haul for them to get back on their feet...  thanks for the consideration and for asking... and for those that didn't see the thread linked above check it out as something in there may save your life!

OH yea, I am starting to work on a new web project... like I need another project...  www.home-invasion.com.  I am sure AKs have a place in there

I suggest you come up with a FAQ thread so the newbies dont have to keep begging for the same answers to the same questions.  Oh wait, you just did that.  WTG!

It is still in the works, but I'll get it there!

Hi, please don't be afraid to kill threads and tell people to use the search function.  Every few days it is the same questions again.

Also, somewhere it may be nice to have wood finishing tips, details on receiver reinforcing plates, and metal finishing options(there have been several informative threads on metal finishing lately)

I would like to see a thread on a quality, DIY home Parkarizing system, to include the burners, dip tanks, where and who to get the parts & chemicals from at the best price.. Pics and info from other home Parkarizing set's and what kind of problems they ran into.  I have been looking to get started on this but don't want a cheap half assed set up.

How about a FAQ sticky that covers metal finishing [sand blasting, different finish types like Molyresin, Park, blueing, Duracoat, Alumahyde and everyone’s favorite 1200 degree Duplacolor.

I like how you've put up some of the instructional post as pages that will not go off to the archive server.  I'd say you should keep that up. You might also ask the more experienced builders to add more content like that.

I'm all for more iformation, but they can't access the server I post them on. If I miss something anyone feels is important, please IM me. I would be glad to copy and post on the other server, after I contact the original poster. I know 99% of us don't care if their post is copied, but I don't want anyone upset either. I want to get all I can up there to help everyone, at every level of experience out. I have a bit of experience, but I learn some new tricks or ways of doing things evey day here. It is really cool to see so many ways of accomplishing the same end results.
