Finally, after much cursing, the barrel pin popped!!! Did bend the rear sight ear? where the gas tube goes in, but I believe it can be straightned. Used an allen wrench, removable vice jaws, and the steel plates that came with the HF press. And, oh yeah, soaked it with PB blaster for about 4 days. Put it in the press, set the pressure, and walked away for about 45 min. Went back, started pressing and POW. Wife yelled down the steps to see if I was ok!!!!. Now.....on the the fun should have heard the WOO HOO in a 4o mile radius around Lancaster!!!! You guys are great with all the info. And, THANKS for getting me hooked on this!!!!
