I know I'll probably catch hell. hatI know you can cut the FSB sleeve off and thread the barrel, not ready to try this.
Are there any devices with the same diameter of the barrel/sleeve?
I was looking for something one could either fix on with set screws or solder.
Like a FAL muzzlebrake/flashider?
What are the options?
Ok flame away, lol

Someone makes a bushing that presses on over your FSB and then a muzzle device can be screwed on over that.  IIRC AK-USA sells it.

Yep, AK-USA sells the bushing. When I talked to Chris he said that the fit of the bushing will vary from rifle to rifle, so you'll need a way to make sure it's on there should it be loose. I was going to get one a while back and have it welded on, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet. The exterior threads are something like 1x24mm, IIRC.

Here's a link to a post I made on another forum. There is plenty of information if you follow some of the links in there.

Hope that helps.

Thanks guys !
I was aware of the threaded muzzle adapter. Thats probably the route I will go .
I was just  wanting to see if anyone had tried something different !
I thought about finding a piece of pipe the right diameter and fashioning a slant brake look alike.
Just drilling a couple holes, and sliding it over the sleeve and using set screws.
Sometimes I'm to creative for my own good .
