I might be able to host a build party in a couple of three months - I am moving into a place that has a real nice shop. But I will be tied up with moving, remodeling etc till at least the first of january.

Um yes, I have everything for an amd build. Let me know. I do not have tools. Dremel and nail file yes.......real tools no.
