i need to install a new bolt carrier. if i use my original bolt will the headspace still be right?

Should be, headspace is the relationship of the distance between the face of the bolt and the area of the chamber where the shoulder of the cartridge stops in the chamber on a bottle necked case like the 7.63x39.

.... but I sure would encourage you to get the Go and No-Go gauges and check it before you pull the trigger.... The gauges are cheap!
