[ARCHIVED THREAD] - AMD 65 build

Just finished this one up. Built and screwed onto a OOW receiver. Tapco barrel extention. I used the bottom portion of a wood handguard instead of the metal and pistol grip.

Looks excellent. How did you affix the barrel extension? Did that require welding?

I pinned it, then welded over the pin.

Drilled, pinned, and welded.

Did you have to do any modifications for it to accept the wooden hand guard? Looks alot better than the usual pistol grip. Good Job!

Be careful shooting that, I see finger pain in somebodies future. It does look goo though.

Just a little trimming on the front top. About 2 minutes work.
