I just took my barrel and trunion off the mill after milling out the pin hole with a 7mm endmill.  The hole is perfect on the side towards the muzzle, but the the side towards the trunion looks as if there is some barrel material protuding into the pin hole.

I've never had this happen before and not sure how much its going to matter.  Or what I should do about it if it does.

My gut says "shove the pin in and forget it.  Headspace is perfect.

The Trunion is a Bulgarian Factor trunion and the barrel is new US made Stainless from AK-Builder.

Fixed your pic. You can probably press the pin in anyway and it'll shear off that little bit, but I would probably try and get it out with the reamer again.
