| Great site, almost overwhelming with info. I'm doing my first build and I'm torn between a Tula Russian kit and a polish kit. Both numbers matching on major components and both w/o receivers and barrels. The Russian is a wood stock and the polish an under fold. Both are early '80's . I do have a background in metal fab, welding and light machining. Pros cons between the two?? Do they both accept a double stack or single. I'm getting a reciever from henderson's with the rivet kit. Can't wait very excited for the challenge. Thanks for any help. |

They both do the same thing. You just have to decide if you want:
1) Russian or Polish example of the AK 2) Fixed stock or underfolder example of the AK Both Polish and Russian rifles are very nice and you can't go wrong with either if built properly. More than likely the Russian would be worth more in the future simply because it's Russian. |

Are there any pre bent receivers that come with all the major openings and dimples installed ( not the rivet holes)? http://nodakspud.com/page2.htm |
