What would be the best way of converting regular romy G bent receiver to under folder. I have the demilled kit and receiver bent already but there are no holes to install under
folder trunion. Howto transfer the necessery holes; from drawings or from the trunion itself? Any ideas. I don't want to bent another one.

You could make a template from your rear trunion and transfer the marks to your receiver.  After that, cut the corresponding holes out.  If you do this, be sure to put the left side on the left side and so on.  I would also cut the holes smaller than the actual diameter of by a hair and hand fit it to completion.  You don't want to oversize the holes.

Measure 3 or 4 times.  Cut once.

I lay the rear trunnion on the side of the receiver and transfer the locations of the holes.

After trunnion is rivetted in receiver, I drill holes in the center of the hole marks.  Said holes are smaller than openings in trunnion.

Start small and move up progressively with drill bit sizes until you start getting close to trunnion.

I then carefully "hog-out" the receiver opening to match the trunnion.

Go slow and careful, and you will end up with a perfect match.

This is how I did mine. worked very well.  As a side note.  If you do get your holes a little off, the hardware will most likely cover up any screw ups.
