AKMACHINIST on the AK Files. Copy of Curtis' jig but without the final polishing and finishing resulting is lower cost. I like mine a lot, and from what I remember some others also had a problem with his earlier forming heads being too soft. I remember he made those members new ones for free.

| You can get the forming tools on Gunbroker and also Guns and Things if you want to just get the punches.... You will have to purchase them though.... Actually their easy to make with some Grade 8 Hex bolts just get the longer ones and cut it at the threads and drill out the bottoms... to what ever your trying to make... A end mill works great for the forming punches and a drill for the final dome punch..... |
