No, it dose not....Sit down and wright out all you need from AK builder....So you only have to pay for S/H once....

PS. Where do yo live in Illinois. I'am near Oak Lawn.

i have realized that the hard way, shipping on these small parts is crazzzzzy.I live in Carroll Co. western illinois
