Have these in mind, what specialty tools are needed if the barrel is set up already
Bulgy Kit
Then a 80$ receiver looks good and easy I have built ARs with uppers done looks about the same.
Any input

The main specialty tool is a rivet squeezer.
Start here.

ETA: I checked your link. Those are non-numbers matching parts kits. The barrel will need headspaced to the bolt and carrier. Simple tools can be used for pulling the barrel and replacing it. Now you need headspace gauges too.

Not the same.

You need headspace gauges (don't settle for any other method), rivet squeezers, and a way to press the barrel. Watch the "Build your own AK" videos on you youtube, then if still interested we can help!

Its not really hard, just a lot of individual steps that need to be done right. Count on messing up your first build. I cobbled together my first one with tools I had laying around. Now that I have the proper tools and quite a few builds under my belt, I'm going back and redoing it and replacing quite a few parts I messed up.

If you just want a cheap AK, buy one. Building is not cheaper anymore.

I build because I like the challenge and the quality of my completed guns.
