| How would someone rethread a Draco barrel with a different thread pitch when the draco is already threaded with 14x1 thread pitch. Also does anyone happen to know off hand what barrel OD you need to have for 5/8 -24? |
| OD needs to be 5/8", give or take a .001". You can't re-/over-cut, you'll need an adaptor. These guys might be able to help you: Tornado Technologies |

Tornado does not list such an adaptor- that doesn't mean they don't have one, or can't make one. If they have a couple of protos in a box, you might get a good deal; if you needed to have one made, I'm guessing $75-90.
You didn't mention your threading being non-concentric...? What makes you think so? IMO, you're going waaayy too far on a Draco. There is the $100 PWS brake/FH, on down to the $25 Phantom copy available in 14x1mm, both are excellent, with other options of varying effectiveness in betwen. |
