I'm dusting off the "tools" and want to build another AK.  The rivets I collected over the years aren't well organized, and I'm not sure what goes where.  In particular, what length are the trigger guard rivets and what length are the front trunnion ones.  Does anyone have a chart with the dimensions of the AKM rivets

I have rivets, probably from AK-builder, I just need to know which ones are for the TG...and would like the "official" lengths for my own knowledge.  Anyone know?

Just as a rule of thumb I use the formula of 1 1/2 times the diameter of the rivet, for making good rivet heads on trunnions.
A little more for loose rivets, a little less for tight rivets.
For the trigger guard rivets as long as the rivet diameter fills the hole without slop you should
be able to get by with only 1 times the dia.
Because the TG rivets only need a small flat head, they don't need to be rounded.

The sizes of rivets pictured are only for showing relationships- not rivet sizes needed.
