I wanna replace the trigger on my Romanian AK. I was looking at midwayusa & whats the difference between Tapco G2 single & double hook triggers?

One has one hook that holds the hammer and the other has two hooks to do that. Buy the same one you have now.
Before you purchase, check your rifle. Some Romanian rifles have the G 2 installed as a compliance part.
