If I built a receiver from a flat then built the AK, could I ever legally sell it? I am not looking to profit, but once I build one is it mine for life or can I still sell it off some day?

There's hypothetical ability to name/loc/serial the rec, but compared to the future hassle, just cut it and sell as a parts kit for rebuild.
