help guys & gals! how hard is it to locate an rpd receiver? is it costly to have the rifle assembled. Please give me a little guidance on what to do as i am considering purchasing a kit from a feller that i know.

Currently no COMPLETE RPD receiver available to an individual exists. Vector will not sell a receiver. There are 80% receivers and I hear rumors of 100%s coming, but not currently available. If someone knows timing of these I'd love to hear it.
