You could but you might have headspace issues and I dont know why you would want to :D

Because the new apex kits are shipping without any barrells, and I dont know where to get polish tantal barrels by them selves.

You can still get Polish tantal kits w/ original barrels from Copes for $350 + shipping, I may have a parts kit for you if you are interested.
