| Well I guess I can start this build now, I have most of it (still need trigger guard and saftey stop + rivets for those) I got a 1.6mm from Elk River and I believe you guys said I would have to grind down my trunions to make it fit right. I am a little scared and excited that I am finally going to start this. I can see that I will have to have the seriel number restamped as a rivet hole is going to hit it. Soo... *sigh* I guess I need to find a grinder to get rid of the old rivets plus a hammer and punch.. then I guess I can punch out the barrel pin.. then I need to get a bearing puller to pull the barrel off the trunion? Sound about right??? |
