Looking for 100% receivers for a romy. I dont want to weld rails etc..  I see Nodak's NDS3 does not come with top rail step-down or laser-cut holes to eliminate stretch at trigger pin hole.  Are these required for a screw build ?  Thanks in advance for your input.  Should I be looking somewhere else ?

No, step down rails or laser cut holes are not required for a screw build.  Look no further than the NDS-3 for an affordable and reliable Romy receiver.
