Is there and experienced builder out there that would be willing to take some phone time(on my dime of course)  with me to discuss the best ways to press a barrel back in.? Or share any other insights that I can not seem to gather from the available online tutorials? If so please drop me an email or IM with however you are comfortable setting up this contact. Thanks in advance for your time

Use a threaded rod.  Make sure you use something to protect the receiver and the end of the barrel.  Put the barrel in the freezer over night and heat up the trunion.  Do a search on this site there has been detailed discussion of this.

I'm not experienced by any means, I've done two builds and I'm still tweaking them to get them to feed 100%, but I got some dry ice, and some rubbing alcohol. Then I put the barrel in the freezer for a couple hours.

Once it was good and cool I poured the rubbing alcohol into a deep container, and dropped the  dry ice in, and placed the barrel in it to cool further. While it was cooling I positioned my receiver so that the rear of the front trunnion was against the vice (so the receiver wont bend).

Then I retrieved my barrel, grabbed 3-4 nickles and placed them on the crown of the barrel, lined the whole thing up, and started pounding. (I may have also used some sort of grease on the inside of the trunnion too) I took some pretty good pounding,  but it ended up good and straight. Once it was *REALLY* close to where it should be I put the barrel pin back in.

This was on a pistol build, so if you're doing a rifle build you probably want to take more care to not bend the barrel.
