Almost finished three Polish underfolders.  My bud (KerPow) and I went out today to function test and I am having probs with ejection on one of them.  The other two appear to work fine except one of those has some feeding issues with lead soft tip rounds.  For the one with the ejection prob, I suspect that I may have ground a bit too much off of the ejector "tit" on the rail.  Can I JB Weld some material on just to  do a quick check?  Or must I take that rail off and re-spot weld a new one on?  I'm also thinking that maybe a stronger spring under the extractor might help.

What's the advice of the hive mind here?

And thanks in advance for any and all assistance!

You can get someone to add a little weld to the end of it for you and you can trim it so it fits in the bolt...

Been there done that.

We were thinking of doing that.  Now I need to find someone who can do it.

Go talk to a local muffler shop, they can usually wire weld it for you.  Usually a 6 pack (after welding never before)

Great suggestion! I'll give it a shot (figuratively that is)
