Is there a good ultrasonic cleaner out there that doesn't cost $700+?

Pretty small, but I guess it'll do a decent job on anything you can fit inside it.

I use simple green aircraft and water.

I use slip 2000 in mine. You can order the concentrate from the manufacturer and mix your own.  The concentrate is $65 but will make 5 gallons. Use it for all of my gun cleaning.

No problem.

The slip you listed is not the concentrate. So it $35 for 1 gal.

Or

You order one gallon of concentrate which is mixed 4 to 1 with water. So $65 equals 5 gallons.

That depend on what you want to clean.  But hot water, simple green/purple power, and dish soap is cheap and effective.

To be honest, I just wanted one for cleaning my BCG.

After now being able to shoot my canned 300 blk, it took me over 2.5 hrs to clean it yesterday after about 700 rds through it.

Here's the easy way to clean your BCG:  Before you leave the range, spray it down with oil.  Doesn't matter what kind - motor oil, CLP, Rem Oil, anything.  GO home, put the rifle back in the safe.

The next day, get it out and wipe the BCG clean.  You just need oil, and time.

Depending on the tumbler medium, tumbling can't get into small nooks and crannies as well as ultrasonic.
