Does anyone have any recommendations for a dry lube that will work well for use on a AR in cold weather or extremely dust conditions?  If it will aid in corrosion resistance as well wear protection, all the better.

Remlube works fine. Used in Armscorp M-14 for years. Not just for cold weather but to keep crap from sticking to it.

CLP is good down to way cold.

And it works good in dusty environments too. Oily dust works better than dry dust.

For various reasons, dry lubricant's just don't seem work well in firearms, which is why the military don't issue dry lubes for rifles.

Standard CLP is good down to -45 degrees to +450 above.

Whatever you settle on NEVER use powdered graphite or any lubricant or anti-seize that contains graphite, it seriously damages aluminum.

EEZOX is a superior rust inhibitor that passes all the standard tests as a lube and it dries.
i run mr ar's & pistols that see a lot of rounds wet with clp & some slip ewg on the wear points
but use eezox on everything else: carry pistol, revolvers, rifles & shotguns

good stuff
