Can't break that bitch loose. I've removed it before and now it is stuck. It looks like it is staked but as I said I have had it off before.

Add heat to it and it will come loose.

Yep. A bigger hammer. I had one that was threaded at an angle. Talk about a bitch to get off. And it angled the stock so the carrier/buffer got stuck.
