[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bore guide ?

I have a bore guide that fits in the upper. Now do you insert the bore guide and insert the patch through the guide? Or do you leave the guide loose and start the patch into the chamber first then push in the guide? Thanks

If it is like a dewy bore guide I just inster that patch on the rod and push it thru the bore guide as if it is an extension of the bore.
