Hey gents. I am currently using m-pro7 LPX gun oil but have seen alot on here using the slip 2000 EWL and was wondering if anyone has compared the two and if I would be making it better to change to the EWL. I have a buddy who is in special and personally uses the Mpro7 LPX. Was just curious what you all think

Thanks

Slip is the reasonably priced answer.

Otherwise Mil-Comm MC2500, 3000 and/or TW-25B.

I have tons of milcom 2500 and tw25b and am not the biggest fan. It gums up and collects alot of gunk. Ha e used in extreme training and was cleaning way more with milcom than with LPX. I do like it on the slides of our 1911s just haven't been happy with it on our ARs compared to the LPX. Just have seen alot using EWL and doesn't seem to expensive with Brownells discounts

I have used M-Pro7 and Slip 2000 lubes. Slip 2000 is far and away the better lube. It is truly amazing how it works on a gun......never burns off and keeps working.

I actually just started using Break Free CLP and I'm really liking it. Had been using Rem Oil prior and tried Bob Marvels and then TW25B. Rem Oil is a good cleaner, Marvels is just a lube and nothing else, TW25B is better for pistol rails then AR's. Got it on my shotgun too but verdict is out on that still. If it slides, grease, if it rotates, oil.

Check these oil for a little more info

Yeah I saw that write up   I was surprised with the difference on the EWL performance between the two. I was wondering if it was like he said it is a conditioner and takes heat to get it to get into the popes the first couple times. So I have read. What do you think?
