Can I use regular patches with the otis pull through cleaning kit, or does it only accept otis patches?

I use GI 30 cal patches cut in half and then I poke little holes in them and run the patch head through them like you do on the Otis. So far no stuck patches.

Absolutely, Otis doesn't have the market cornered on cotton T-shirts. Just use their patch size to make your own.
