I currently use Slip 2000 cleaner and lube on my AR-15 but i am curious what you guys think about "Tuf Cloth".  Can the Tuf Cloth be used internally and externally on my rifle?  Meaning can i use it to clean the firing pin bolt etc as well as wipe down the outside of my rifle such as the barrel?

I use the tuf glide liquid (the stuff on tuf cloth) on the whole firearm, after it has been treated with militec-1 per the instructions. This allows the firearm to be issued and fired dry. Some environments are hell on a wet lubed gun, so this combo is great if you absolutely must leave a gun bone dry. The militec is an awesome dry lube, but crap for corrosion protection - which is where the tuf glide/cloth comes in to play.

I wouldn't use Tuf Cloth to clean anything, it isn't a very good for that. Clean with a good solvent (that 725 cleaner you mentioned is excellent), then get the whole gun wet with tuf glide and allow it to flash dry.
