How do I lube that area?  I have quibs chart, but do I need grease anywhere in there, or just oil? (yeah, newbie)

Oil is just fine.   I do use a touch of grease (tw25-b) on the "sear" surface, but it is not needed.

I use TWB-25 as well...runs great in THE desert.

The only part that I routinely lube is the top of the hammer where it contacts the bottom of the bolt carrier.

Occasionally I'll put a few small drops on the trigger and hammer pins from the inside where they contact the springs, then cycle the action a few times to work it in.

That's about what I do. I like my AR's wet so some some oil drips down into the FCG anyway.
