Should I use one on my SPRish 20" stealth or not.
Some say I will jack-up the seating rim if I don't use one thus negatively affecting accuracy.[://
What do you guys do as far as cleaning your semi-precision rigs?

Also could you guys that DO use one, recommend a good brand...

For a precision rig you should use a bore guide. Lucas makes great bore guides fit to your cleaning rod dimensions. That is what I use on my precision rig.

Sinclair bore guide works for me.  Best $20 I spent.

I use the CJ guide that replaces the bcg and consider it $$ well spent

For Barrel Cleaning they are Essential.  I use one by Possum hollow that is bought from Pk's but you can find them at Midway Usa and hey are fairly inexpensive.
