Is it ok to use a brush in a DPMS chrome line barrel

I had searched for chrome specific info too, but not much showed up in the 30day search limit. How about any cleaners to stay away from that may possibly harm the chrome?

The chrome lining is there because it's harder and tougher than the steel beneath it. Clean it like a regular barrel.

If it can handle a bullet being fired through it then it can handle a bore brush.

The military does it every day. the steel rods we use cause more scratches than any quality brush.
