want to paint roll marks on lower. what do you use to remove the oil on lower?

Brake Clean works well remember to re-oil when finished.

like said or just use dawn dishwashing liquid and water. works great for me.

use denatured alcohol before painting. brake clean leaves a white residue behind.

Brake cleaner and Gun-Scrubber will cut oil like a scalded dog but Denatured alcohol is about the only way to clean with absolutely no residue.
