| You've probably mentioned this before, but I was curious. What would your backup lubricant be? If a comet passed nearby and eliminated all the Break-Free (hey, if they can re-animate the dead...) what would you use for maintaining your firearms? |

I’m a big fan of Tetra Grease and Tetra Oil. I don’t use the grease on my AR’s (Outside of the FCG pins.), I reserve the grease for my pistols. But in the past have used the Tetra oil on my rifles with good results.
So if BF products were suddenly no longer available, I would probably go back to using Hoppes #9 as my solvent, and Tetra Oil as my lube. |
