| Nanolube ,anyone use it and was it good or just more snake oil ? just go a free sample and was going to try it out sunday on a new AR. |
So how did it go? (And please don't invite either of the dynamic duo over here for another in-depth look at who can sling more e-mud at his opponent...) |
| don't know who the dynamic duo is but I have tryed the Nano lube and it apears to work very well . it made a new Fal build I have that was very stiff function very smoothly and function 100% and it did not B4 the Nanolube. the sample was so small I can't get a good read on it . this stuff ain't cheap ,but if it works as they claim it would be worth it . I had no way of telling if it was better in the 4 AR's I tested it on as they all preformed 100% B4 the Nanolube. it did make that FAL function as smmth as silk . I may just order some and see how it doe's on my other weapons . |

They banned me over there for presenting factual information as to why this guy's claims are bogus and asking for a response. My first banning ..whatever. There are other ways of getting the results you did on your FAL other than "nanodiamonds", and they don't cost $25 an ounce to get. |

Tempest45, I can't believe you were banned. Scanning through the thread, I can't find your post there--maybe they deleted. Sounds like they aren't interested in facts and science. Nanolube sounds suspicious to say the least. Some of the claims made about how it works remind me of Ray Bradbury. |

There was one purge and now apparently another. I can't see over there currently due to the ban. No biggie to me, it's their board, just seemed strange. I posted this: www.gtr.co.uk/forum/upload/65855-nanolub-solid-lubricant-miracle.html which shows how what he is saying doesn't work as well as the fact that the spherical nanodiamond "ball bearings" are at least 1000x smaller than the metal surface roughness. It would be like saying a basketball would reduce friction trying to go over a mountain. Teflon is at least 1000x larger than what he is purporting and it still doesn't do what he claims. His flee-bay site says that his product contains no sulphur or heavy metals. I asked if his product contained any chlorine because these additives would produce the affects that he is claiming, nanodiamonds or no. I obviously never received an answer. If people want to pay $25 for an ounce of this, that is their business. |
