It happens after I shoot awhile and pretty often. I aim, pull the trigger and nothing happens. I can see the bolt is not completely closed. Will not go in further and is a bitch to eject. I can put the round back in the mag and next time it will fire. Seems like I have to keep this gun very, very oily.

If you are shooting handloads, you may have rounds that had the shoulders of the case buckled during the seat / crimp operation.
If you are shooting factory ammo, your rifle may have a poorly machined chamber.

underpowered ammo and a dirty chamber has done it for me. Wolf Polymer with a buldged area around the head of the casing did it for me. It fed laquered old-school wolf just fine though. The new stuff is junk imho, or I found a bad lot.

I had this same issue with reloads that I was given (first and last time that happens).  The cartidges were neck sized (not full length sizing)  and I was unaware of it until I got to the range.

Try giving the weapon a thorough cleaning and then shooting a few hundred rounds of factory M193 or M855...if you still have issues I saw there is a gas leak somewhere....either up at the gas block or at the gas key on the BC.

Check chamber for correct cal. Use high quality factory ammo in a properly lubed and cleaned weapon. Check with sensai Quib on the lubing/cleaning issues.
