I recently bought a chamber brush to complete my cleaning kit. Do I just insert and twist? Are there any issues that I should be aware of regarding damage to the chamber? Sorry for the dumb question, thanks for the help!

Squirt some CLP on the brush. Insert it into the chamber and give it a few twists. Pull it out and hose it off with non-chlorinated brake cleaner. Drape a pistol patch over the brush and reinsert it into the chamber. Twist a couple more times and your done.
