How do you replace these? I just bought a used AR and 1 ring has a gap ~5 times wider than it should be. Looks like it was cut. Thanks.

just pop them off the tail end, and reinstall the new ones in reverse order,
I went with the one piece mcfarlen style ring, it just kinda screws on.

It covers everything.
