Have one.  Very rarely use it.  Don't consider it to be a must have.

A snipped q-tip, clamped in surgeons forceps works fine for me.

And GI chamber brush of course.

If you shoot wolf ammo and have a problem with empty cases getting stuck (from the crap on the wolf ammo), then the chambermaid brush works great!

Or atleast, it has for me.

It was worth it for me to purchase it.

Got one, looked like a great idea. I found there is no mechanical advantage with the cable,I just cant get a good turn on the brush with it. I bought a solid rod with a fixed T handle on it, use the same chamber brush on it. Works much better. I've heard of some guys puting a rod with a chamber brush on an electric drill. Sounds like a receipe for disaster if your not careful.

Welcome to ARFCOM.

Here’s two methods I use:

GI method.

DIY method. (X-acto knife handle and aluminum cleaning rod section.)

Works great. Not the only game in town, but does what it says.
