decided to make my own topic on this issue

i use a pro-shot cleaning rod, from what i understand the handle doesn't come off and rotates freely, so how am i supposed to clean the chamber?

You need to purchase additional items.

Pro-shot sells a chamber cleaning kit as well as a host of other manuf.

My Pro Shot does not rotate freely, i just looked at the tube and it said .45ACP Pro Pistol Kit. I'm using the rod with a USGI chamber brush.

But you're right....you don't want it to rotate, you want to be able to twist it inside the chamber.
