I understand CLP stands for cleans, lubricates, protects. So does this mean it can totally replace my Hoppe's Gun Degreaser and then an application of gun oil to lubricate? Currently I just spray everything down with Hoppe's degreaser and then after its clean, wipe/apply some synthetic gun oil on most everything. So will Breakfree CLP do all of that in the same application? It seems that way from it's name, but just doesn't feel right leaving on the same stuff I cleaned with as a lubricant.

Yes, but it's not the greatest (ok, fastest) cleaner.  I'd still use Hoppes for general cleaning, then lube up with CLP.  It's a great field device.  Perfect for when you don't want to carry as much bulk or weight, and it does do the job well enough.

CLP is only about 20% cleaner, the rest is gun oil. The military likes CLP because they give you a bottle, a cleaning kit, and you do the rest. it's not the fastest way to clean, but it is one stop shoping.

I practically use the entire family of  BF products to maintain my weapons.

Of course all these bottles would be impossible for the individual soldier to lug around, so for military field use CLP alone will suffice. But at home on the bench, why not take advantage of the other offerings from BF to help maintain your rifle.

As far as lube goes, I use BF CLP as a light lube and BF LP as a heavy lube for areas such as the bolt and carrier.

Whats the difference between the CLP spray and the CLP bottle? Is there a chemical difference?
And the Powder Blast? what does it do?
