| will different types of quad rail systems fit differently on every rifle i have noticed on some of the pics that the delta ring looks more pushed up or pushed back or sometimes leaning top/bottom heavy is this normal? (sorry if this is a dumb question). kinda new to the technichal part of the AR platform. |
The reason is due to the mounting process of the railed handguards. Some are just snap in type, like stock guards with rails on them....delta ring looks normal, fwd. Others are "bound" in by screws that "push" the play out from the front.....delta ring pushed back. And others push on each other, one fwd other back.......delta ring looks kinda cocked. Hope that helps.
