| Any recommendations for what I should have in the shop for a new AR owner? I already ordered a multi wrench from DPMS and use Dewey cleaning products, but what are the essentials? |

For barrel cleaning I use Hoppes Semi-Auto Solvent, leaves no residue. I lube with FP-10. Right or wrong, that's what I do and have been into AR's since 1986. My method has changed to this one over the last few years and it works for 10 AR's. Parts: Spare bolt, extractor, firing pin, springs, gas rings, etc. (a spare LPK kit is real good IMO). Danny
