A couple of questions on using this product:

Soak time:  manufacturer recommends 15 minutes, but I have read something like overnight to get the job done right.  I have left parts soaking in as long as few hours but still the carbon does not want to come off, but I definitely see CC2000 doing its' thing.

Post soaking:  After I soak the product, how do you get the CC2000 off the part?  I have tried a couple of different ways (compressed air, hot water, etc.) but I have noticed that I have tried to relube the part and it feels gummy like CC2000 is still working on the new lube and breaking it down.

By the way, don't ever use CC2000 with a open wound on the hand as it burns!

It will soften the carbon usuallu within 15 minutes then wipe it off or you might have to use a little scrubing power behind a tooth brush.

It is the best stuff I have seen to get off hard carbon.

ETA: Rince it with 91% Isopropal alcohal.

I rinse with water... the part should feel very rough and unlubed. Carbon Cutter is water soluble so that means just rinse with water to get the excess off.

I clean my bore brushes and jags this way... It cuts through the oil and grime right away!

After I take my parts out I scrub them with a toothbrush then rinse them with warm water, pat dry and relube.

Stuff  is awsome
